Cancellations within less then 48 hours notice of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge for the service. A deposit will be required at booking. No shows with no calls will be charged 100%. If you are 15 min late to an appointment I will add $25 to the service price. An appointment will be rescheduled after 30 min late and result in a 100% charge for the missed service. If by chance I am running late I will notify you in time so you are well aware with the option to reschedule with no penalty. If you late cancel due to cold or flu like symptoms, you will not be charged and will have to wait two weeks to reschedule with proof of a negative covid-19 test 72 hours before your next appointment.
